Intimacy. Connection. Desire.

We all want to feel connected, especially to our partners. We want that connection to be emotional, physical, sexual, etc. We all want to feel “seen”. We all want to feel validated, like our partners are really listening to us. We all want to feel desired. Intimacy comes in many shapes and sizes, from the little things to the big things, from the most casual to the most thoughtful. But, sometimes, these things go by the wayside through no particular reason. Life’s challenges come along and before we know it something has gone awry in our relationship and/or sex life. We feel disconnected, communication has broken down, we have turned to other things to fill that void. Let me help you get reconnected.

Clarity. Meaningfulness. Intention. Goals.

You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and/or having a better relationship.

Sex Therapy

  • Would you like better intimacy in your relationships?

  • Are you or have you been a victim of sexual abuse?

  • Are you wanting to discover more about your sexual identity?

Our sexual lives are one of the most important aspects to a healthy relationship with ourselves and our partner.  As a basic human need, intimacy is truly a desire we all wish to have in our lives. Through therapy, we can work on finding that intimacy or work on rediscovering intimacy that may have been lost.

The trauma of having been sexually abused is one of the most soul damaging and self depleting aspects that can happen to a person. Through the use of compassionate tools and the teaching of coping skills, I can help you rebuild a healthy relationship with yourself again.

Are you questioning whether you may be transgender, gay, lesbian or other?  Sexuality is a spectrum. We all have our different attractions, curiosities and fetishes. Understanding your own sexuality is one of the most important gifts you can give yourself.
